JUNE 2007

I will be traveling to Colorado near the end of May for my parent’s sixtieth
wedding anniversary.  While the purpose of the trip is to visit them and my
sisters, I am planning on doing as much audio-related visiting in the
Denver/Boulder area as I can fit in.

I will not finish any of the reviews that I am working on before I leave.  Here
are some of the things in process that I hope to get on the web site fairly
soon after I get back:

•        I will finish my review of the Audio Experience Plus R
preamplifier…eventually.

•        A PS Audio Super Punch AC cord is powering the Rogue and I will
report on it.

•        I have bought some Vampire 800 CB RCA plugs so that I can finally
replace the Canare RCA plugs that are now connected to my Dahlquist
crossover.  I have been searching for an RCA plug similar in quality to the
Eichmann plugs that will also fit the crossover’s jacks.  These appear to be
the answer.

•        My rebuilt Heathkit TT-1 tube tester will be coming back with me.  I
hope to have some interesting things to say about it.

•        Anything else that turns up in the next few weeks that I think will be
of interest.

Until then, have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend.
